SERI KEMBANGAN, 6 DISEMBER - On November 5, 2022, the Aedes Elimination Program took place! At the PKNS Apartment, Seri Kembangan under the Volunteer and Mobility Secretariat, College Representative Council, Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College Session 2022/2023 in collaboration with the PKNS Apartment and Petaling District Health Office. The program was also attended by the JKKK Chairman of the PKNS Apartment, Mr Halizan bin Yusof.

 

AEDES Eliminate Program! was attended by 95 volunteers. The 95 volunteers consist of Year One to Year Four students. The program can foster a sense of volunteerism among students by distributing brochures to apartment residents. The brochure contains information on Aedes mosquitoes, dengue fever, dengue prevention and so on. In addition to brochures, students are also provided with abate remedies for distribution to residents of PKNS apartments. The program is expected to produce University Putra Malaysia students who are aware of their environment.
