Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College (KMB) is the youngest college among the 10 residential colleges available at Universiti Putra Malaysia. The college began operations in July 2006. The college houses students from the Faculty of Medicine & Health Sciences (FPSK) and the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (FPV). In total, there are 4 blocks of student housing, namely block A, block B and block C which accommodate female students while block D is for male students.

Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College also provides facilities such as surau, student kiosk, cafeteria, football field, court, guest house and seven (7) units of fellow houses. Accommodation at Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College has the concept of 'apartment style' where there are four (4) rooms for each house occupied by two (2) students for each room.

The total capacity that can be accommodated by Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College is 1600 student.

The college is directly responsible for providing comfortable accommodation, a safe and conducive environment for students as well as producing students with superior personalities.
