The program was attended by around 60 Muslim students who participated in the activities from start to finish.
This program was specially organized for Muslim students of Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College who did not return to their hometowns for the celebration of Eid al-Adha. The initiative aimed to enliven the Islamic spirit and deepen the appreciation of the virtues of the month of Zulhijjah, while strengthening the bonds of brotherhood among students.
Key activities of the program included congregational Maghrib prayers, recitation of Surah Yasin, doa selamat (prayers for well-being), a knowledge-sharing session on the meaning and wisdom of Eid al-Adha, and congregational Isyak prayers. These spiritual activities were led by Mr. Fakhrur Radzi bin Muslim, a Fellow of Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College, who also delivered a tazkirah (religious talk) on the story of Prophet Ibrahim A.S.'s sacrifice and the values of sincerity in the act of qurban (sacrifice).
The program was further enlivened by the echoes of Eid takbir, which resonated with a deep sense of solemnity and unity, enriching the festive atmosphere among the college community.
The presence of the Principal of Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nurul Hayah binti Khairuddin, added to the significance of the program. She expressed her support and concern for the students celebrating Eid al-Adha away from their families.
