Serdang, 29 November 2024 – Akademi Sukan Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) recently hosted the Ping Pong event of the Kejohanan Sukan Kolej Universiti Putra Malaysia (SUKPRA) for the 2024/2025 session. The event, held from 25 to 28 November 2024 at Dewan Serbaguna, Akademi Sukan UPM. The event involved participation from all nine colleges within Universiti Putra Malaysia. Representing Kolej Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee (KTMB) were six students, Esther Tiong Hui Liang, Foo Khai Wen, Liu Joan Liz, Ang Yu Yun, The Min Qiao, and Siti Azrina Suraya binti Mohd Azhar. The team was managed by the dedicated team manager, Siti Aishah Shakirah binti Shaharuddin.

KTMB takes great pride in the achievements of its students, who not only participated with great enthusiasm but also excelled in the women's ping pong category. Esther Tiong Hui Liang, Foo Khai Wen, Liu Joan Liz, Ang Yu Yun, The Min Qiao, and Siti Azrina Suraya binti Mohd Azhar delivered outstanding performances in each round of the competition, achieving a remarkable victory as they successfully defended their championship title in the women's ping pong category of SUKPRA 2024/2025.

Their accomplishment is evident to the hard work and dedication demonstrated during their preparations for the event. The college management also expressed gratitude and appreciation for the relentless efforts of all participants. They hope this achievement will inspire other students to continue striving for excellence and contributing positively to the college's reputation. Special thanks and acknowledgment were also extended to all students who worked hard to enhance KTMB’s participation, as well as the support team comprising staff and fellow students who provided unwavering encouragement throughout the event.

Overall, the ping pong event not only served as a test of physical endurance but also successfully strengthened bonds among students and fostered a strong sense of sportsmanship among participants. It is hoped that this success will motivate KTMB students to aim for even greater success in the future.
