SERDANG, 28 MARCH 2023 - On 10-14 March 2022, the Leadership and Training Secretariat, College Representative Council, Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College for the 2022/2023 session held the Student Empowerment Camp 3.0 which was held at Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College and Bukit Ekspo, University Putra Malaysia. The program lasted for a week to train students to manage and prepare themselves with training as candidates for the Student Representative Council.

This Camp Perkasa Siswa 3.0 is a continuation program from Camp Perkasa Siswa 2.0 last session. This camp was held specifically to find replacement members of the College Representative Council for the next session. This camp also applies soft skills among camp participants and trains the spirit of cooperation and leadership among group members. Through this camp, students also become more confident to communicate better as a result of the modules provided.

In addition, this camp has the objective of honing the talent of Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College students in interacting and delivering an exposure in a way that is appropriate according to the level of understanding of the participants. A total of 49 participants from Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College students were directly involved in this program. The five-day camp has started with registration followed by ice breaking modules and modules that apply effective leadership characteristics. During these five days, moral activities were also carried out with non-Muslim participants in the camp.

On the last day, the closing ceremony of Camp Perkasa Siswa 3.0 was held in conjunction with the Cultural Night where the participants performed based on the given theme and were followed by the presentation of prizes as a mark of the official closing of the program. The ceremony, which was also attended by the camp participants, the facilitators and fellows, was also attended by the staff and guest of honor, namely Prof. Associate Dr. Jasronita binti Jasni, Principal of Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College.
