November 10, 2024, Serdang – The Entrepreneurship Secretariat of Kolej Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee (KTMB) successfully organized the "MindSpark Entrepreneur 1.0" program for the 2024/2025 session. This event took place at the Dataran Kolej Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee and was attended by several fellows of KTMB, with a total of 271 participants gathering to participate.
MindSpark Entrepreneur 1.0 is a knowledge-sharing program featuring lectures by young entrepreneurs from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), with support from the Management of Kolej Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee. For this session, the Entrepreneurship Secretariat invited a student speaker from the Bachelor’s Degree in Smart Agricultural Technology (Honours) to share insights and experiences in the field of entrepreneurship.
This program aimed to provide participants with valuable knowledge, experiences, and tips that would inspire interest in entrepreneurship. Students were also given opportunities to interact directly with young entrepreneurs.

The program began promptly at 8.00 p.m. with the arrival of Mr. Redzuan bin Md Anjadzi, the supervising fellow of the Entrepreneurship Secretariat, along with the invited speaker, Mr. Adib Fakhree Bin Borhan. The event continued with an entrepreneurship lecture by Mr. Adib Fakhree, who shared his journey in business and some of the challenges he faced when entering the world of entrepreneurship. Additionally, a promotional video for Kalem Barbershop was shown, offering students the opportunity to book haircut services. The program then proceeded with the second lecture slot and a question-and-answer session with the students, and ended precisely at 10.00 p.m.

It is hoped that this lecture-sharing program will equip students with the knowledge and tips provided as a guide and stepping stone toward exploring the business field. We also hope that this program will foster student interest in entrepreneurship activities, ultimately producing students with creative, critical, and competitive mindsets to succeed in business. May the participants gain knowledge, inspiration, and entrepreneurial aspirations from the success story of this young entrepreneur. With the program's conclusion, we hope that students will identify business opportunities and plan effective entrepreneurial strategies to turn opportunities into reality, thus building strategic networks that will benefit their futures.
