SERDANG, 29 December 2024 - The Global Career Quest Program, organized by the Volunteering and Internationalization Secretariat of the College Representative Council, Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College session 2024/2025, Universiti Putra Malaysia, has been successfully implemented virtually through the Google Meet platform. This program is implemented in collaboration with Universitas Indonesia, Open University of Indonesia, and King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, Thailand, with the aim of expanding students' knowledge about strategies to build careers at the global level.
Throughout the program, various interesting activities were held, including knowledge sharing "Empowering Graduate Students" by Dr. Eliani binti Ezani from UPM, as well as "Mastering LinkedIn" by Puan Arshada Nadia binti Abdullah. These briefings emphasize personality building, increasing graduate marketability, and helping students expand their professional networks. In addition, the opinion-sharing session with international students has allowed participants to understand the work culture of various countries, as well as increase their self-confidence in communicating and working as a team.

This program has been officiated by YBrs. Prof. Associate Dr. Nurul Hayah binti Khairuddin, Principal of Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College. In fact, Mohamad Haikal bin Arsahak, President of the College Representative Council, Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College for the 2024/2025 session, Universiti Putra Malaysia, was also present. This program also successfully received the participation of 171 students from Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College and 14 international students from Indonesia, Thailand, and China

The implementation of this program is expected to help participants, especially students of Universiti Putra Malaysia, hone their ability to convey information, contribute ideas, and share energy and knowledge. Through this initiative, it is hoped that Universiti Putra Malaysia students can establish friendships that foster continuous learning, strengthen international relations, increase the marketability of graduates, and promote Universiti Putra Malaysia as a leading university on the international stage.
