SERDANG, 15 Oktober 2025 Semarak Warga KTMB Program took place from 5–17 September and 2–12 October 2025 at Kolej Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee (KTMB), Universiti Putra Malaysia. The program was organized by the College Representative Council (MPK) for the 2025/2026 session, with participation from 500 new first-year students who had just begun residing in the college. The objective of the program was to provide early exposure to college life, introduce the rules and facilities, and foster relationships between new students, fellows, MPK members, and the college administration.

The implementation of the program began with a Training of Trainer (TOT) session from 5 to 17 September 2025. This session involved intensive training for facilitators and the organizing committee to ensure that all parties understood their respective roles. Activities during the TOT included the creation of banners, cheer practice, prop preparation, booth discussions, and simulation of the Arena Citra Terunggul. Court Masters were also trained to manage moral, sports, and team-building activity modules in preparation for the actual program atmosphere.

In the evening, the “Evening with the Principal” session was held, serving as an initial interaction platform between new students and the college management, followed by the official group assignments.

In the evening, the Arena Citra Terunggul event took place at the College Main Lecture Hall, featuring various activities that nurtured cooperation and a sense of unity among students.

Throughout the week, college activities included morning headcounts, aerobics sessions, communal meals, and preparations for key segments such as the Secretariat Showcase. On 11 October 2025, the highlight of the college activities was the “Malam Tunas Budaya” program, which gave students the opportunity to showcase their talents in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The program successfully served as a platform to strengthen bonds among students, build a sense of family, and create lasting memories with new friends.
