THE CONNECT BEYOND HOMELAND MOBILITY 3.0 PROGRAM

University Putra Malaysia, 27th July 2024 - On 25 and 26 May, the Connect Beyond Homeland Mobility 3.0 programme was organised by the Secretariat of volunteerism and mobility, College Representative Council, Kolej Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee session 2023/2024. This internationalization-based Program was implemented in collaboration with foreign universities, namely Universiti Brunei Darussalam, Brunei and Alexandria University, Egypt.

The Program with the theme ""Sharing culture, Building bridges"" was implemented virtually and aims to promote the sharing of knowledge and culture between students and at the same time improve communication skills and broaden students ' knowledge. Various sharing sessions were held between UPM students and foreign university students such as sharing Campus Life, University infrastructure and community culture. The Program was participated by 20 AJK and 15 participants from Kolej Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee (UPM), 15 participants from Universiti Brunei Darussalam, Brunei and 15 participants from Alexandria University, Egypt.

Thousands of thanks are expressed to the AJK and participants of Kolej Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee, participants of Universiti Brunei Darussalam and participants of Alexandria University as well as all those who have been involved in the success of this program. It is hoped that this program can have a positive impact on the development of UPM students to build good social relations with students from abroadProf. Associate Dr. Nurul Hayah-principal of Kolej Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee also expressed her appreciation to all those involved in the program.

Knowledge and skills in the academic field are not enough. Broad openness in the creative industries as well as a broad knowledge of the Customs and beauty of foreign countries is also an opportunity that should be fully utilized as an alternative to strengthen the goal of sustainability and forge joint ventures at the international level, Hopefully, with the cooperation of all parties, the goal of this program to build a generation of highly knowledgeable to the world level can be achieved.
