SELANGOR, 7 August 2024 - On 27 April 2024, The Mind Project: let's Healing programme organised by the Secretariat of the block Chairman and welfare was carried out at Gua Batu Maloi Recreational Forest, Negeri Sembilan. This Program was conducted in collaboration with Rashihah Nordin Resources (RNR) Adventures. The programme involved 21 participants from Kolej Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee, Universiti Putra Malaysia. RNR Adventures has provided 3 coaches who have qualifications and experience in hiking and exploring this cave.

The Program has been running as early as 6 AM, Students move from Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College and finish at 3 PM. This Program also received a response among students because through this program has provided an opportunity for students to go out to explore with friends and be outside the daily routine and comfort zone as a student.

Through the implementation of this program, students can relax their minds with nature along the cave because there is a cool and calm river. Not only that, students can also strengthen friendly relations with each other. Throughout the program, participants can practice the cooperative nature of each other due to the presence of narrow, winding and difficult paths. In addition, this cave exploration activity also revealed the participants with the fauna in the cave such as hundreds of bats that were resting and flying. This exploration took over 3 hours and ended with a little speech from both RNR Adventures and the program director.

A letter of appreciation and gratitude was expressed to the line-up of implementers and participants involved in the success of this program. Hopefully with this program, participants can reduce stress which brings overall emotional well-being.
