5 April 2026, Serdang – The Secretariat of Academic and Intellectual Development, Student Representative Council, Kolej Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee, session 2025/2026, organised the VisionLead; Bound To Society 4.0 program at Sekolah Menengah Sains Tuanku Munawir (SASER). The program aimed to enhance students’ knowledge and leadership skills through interactive activities and sharing sessions. A total of 35 students from Kolej Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), and 120 SASER students participated in the program.
The program began at 8.30 a.m. with an ice-breaking session held at the SASER school hall to create a friendly atmosphere and build participants’ confidence. This was followed by the Tower Challenge at 9.00 a.m., where students were required to build the tallest and most stable tower using straws. This activity aimed to strengthen teamwork and effective communication skills in overcoming challenges.

After a short break, the program continued with the Leadership Relay session, which consisted of several station-based activities. This session tested participants’ abilities in decision-making, problem-solving, and leading a group. In the first station, students were blindfolded except for the group leader. Each member held a string tied to a pen, and the leader had to give instructions to guide the team in inserting the pen into a mineral water bottle. The second station involved a game where students held a mat and worked together to move a ball into a designated hole. In the next station, students used strings to control movement and cooperate in stacking cups into a tower. At the fourth station, each student tied a cup to their forehead and used it to scoop ping pong balls from a container before transferring them into a bottle. Finally, in the last station, students stood in a circle with their hands crossed and held each other’s hands randomly. The group leader then gave instructions to help the team untangle the knot without letting go. All these activities emphasized the importance of communication, patience, and teamwork.
