October 8, 2022 – Round water because of sewers, round people because of consensus. That is the saying embedded in the souls of the management of Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College, Universiti Putra Malaysia, which consists of the college's administrative staff and residential fellows. Aware of the importance of the spirit of cooperation and teamwork, a program in the form of a team building course and activity management has already been organized on 2 to 4 September 2022 (3 days 2 nights) at Asia Camp Resort, Taman Negara Pahang involving all management members of Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College.

Among the objectives of this program is to be used as a platform for all management members of Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College to practice the spirit of cooperation, positive interaction, and idea generation in improving the quality and quality of work more effectively in the future. In addition, it can also increase the sense of responsibility, morale and work satisfaction in an individual. This being so, they are both given the opportunity to solve problems and be responsible for the decisions taken as a group. Finally, through this program, it is also indirectly able to build intellectual, physical, emotional and spiritual balance during the program through various forms of discussion and training in the groups provided.

Various forms of filling and training in groups have been inserted in this program to form and test the physical endurance and mental well-being of the participants. For example, among the physical activities held are, ice breaking, night walk and canopy walk. In addition, activities in the form of discussions and briefings related to the direction and targets of Kolej Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee were also conducted. Among them is a briefing on the college's target as well as the Key Performance Index (KPI) for the years 2022 and 2023 by the College Administration Officer, Ms. Askina binti Aziz, presentation of the proposed calendar of student activities for the 2022/2023 session by the Head of College Fellow, Mrs. Siti Aishah binti Hamzah, and workshops related to Employee Safety and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for college management and residential college fellows.

Finally, the principal of Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College, YBrs. Prof. Assoc. Dr. Jasronita binti Jasni to be able to see the management of Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College, which consists of college administrative staff and college fellows, continue to move forward and be able to raise the name of the college at the university level and higher. Hopefully the cooperation and team spirit that was forged during the team building and activity management course for 3 days and 2 nights can be maintained and utilized in carrying out the upcoming tasks in line with the sacred chant of the Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College, "Knowledge, Trust and Merit".
