8 October 2022 - Following the appointment of the College Representative Council (MPK), Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College session 2022/2023, Universiti Putra Malaysia last July 2, 2022 (Saturday), a leadership course has been organized by Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College Management to train new MPK members towards the development of excellent and high-quality organizations. This course is named as Leadership Training (LEADTRA) College Representative Council, Kolej Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee session 2022/2023 has already been conducted in 2 weeks starting from 11 September 2022 (Sunday) until 25 September 2022 (Sunday) located around Kolej Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee , Universiti Putra Malaysia and Forest Research Institute (FRIM), Kepong, Selangor.

The main objective of LEADTRA is to give MPK members an opportunity to learn good program implementation as well as an effective documentations system for their preparation in their future. Next, it also aims to further strengthen the values ​​of leadership and attitude of integrity among MPK members of Kolej Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee for the 2022/2023 session in forming a first-class mindset through workshops and group training activities (LDK) conducted. Finally, through the active involvement of Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College MPK members for the 2022/2023 session as well as Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College Management, it can increase motivation and strengthen the relationship of each individual to produce high quality of work.

Various forms of filling have been presented for members of MPK Kolej Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee session 2022/2023 throughout this LEADTRA. It covers the aspects of introduction to the college, management of student activities, as well as the development of student soft skills. Through this course, Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College MPK members for the 2022/2023 session were introduced to the college's administrative staff, student residence college rules, as well as an introduction to facilities, equipment’s and borrowing procedures at the college's administrative office. In addition, MPK members of Kolej Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee for the 2022/2023 session were also exposed to measures related to effective and efficient planning and management of student activities. They have already been guided in terms of program planning or student activities according to the college's Key Performance Index (KPI), the preparation of paperwork, the preparation of meeting minutes, as well as the e-merit system.Through this LEADTRA, MPK members of Kolej Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee for the 2022/2023 session were given the opportunity to improve their soft skills through training slots in groups related to team building as well as talks related to communication skills, protocol and event management as well as getting to know personalities. Appearance and personal ethics are one of the important aspects in forming high caliber student leaders. Aware of the importance of this matter, a slot related to ethics and personal appearance has already been created. It was delivered by En Ludinata Misnun, Deputy Director, Graduate Entrepreneurship Development and Marketability Center (CEM), who is an expert in protocol, event management, and personal ethics. He is often called to give lectures on ethics and personal appearance in various places including government ministries.YBrs College Principal Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee, Prof. Associate Dr. Jasronita binti Jasni hope to see MPK members of Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College for the 2022/2023 session be able to be role models for all students in the college in terms of character and student self-development. Hopefully the MPK of Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College session 2022/2023 will be able to carry out their duties well together with the Management of Tan Sri Mustaffa Babjee College in raising the name of the college at the university level and higher.
