- Draft, monitor and manage all issuance of letters and certificates to any party in accordance with the prescribed format.
- Draft, monitor and manage all official notices from the College Management, MPP and MPK through the college notice boards and the college's official social media.
- Prepare meeting minutes for each official MPK meeting.
- Announce the minutes of the meeting to the members of the meeting after obtaining the confirmation of the chairman of the meeting.
- Document all correspondence and minutes of meetings.
- Supervise the documentation of secretariat files.
- Responsible for carrying out duties assigned by the college management from time to time.
