GENERAL SECRETARY 1

  1. Draft, monitor and manage all issuance of letters and certificates to any party in accordance with the prescribed format.
  2. Draft, monitor and manage all official notices from the College Management, MPP and MPK through the college notice boards and the college's official social media.
  3. Prepare meeting minutes for each official MPK meeting.
  4. Announce the minutes of the meeting to the members of the meeting after obtaining the confirmation of the chairman of the meeting.
  5. Document all correspondence and minutes of meetings.
  6. Supervise the documentation of secretariat files.
  7. Responsible for carrying out duties assigned by the college management from time to time.
