  1. Provide an explanation of the merit system used in the Seventeenth College to all college students.
  2. Formulate, monitor and standardize all matters related to merit at the college level.
  3. Manage the merit calculation process at the end of the study session.
  4. Manage the student appeal process.
  5. Dealing with other PTJ secretaries in matters of merit.
  6. Responsible for carrying out duties assigned by the college management from time to time.
