- Follow current developments involving cultural and artistic activities from Astaka Seni, Universiti Putra Malaysia.
- Make announcements about activities related to culture and arts held at various levels to students.
- Search for participants to participate in cultural and arts activities organized by UPM/outside.
- Appoint and monitor committee members (committee) to manage cultural and arts activities.
- Seeking and honing students' talents and interests in the field of culture and the arts.
- Responsible for carrying out duties assigned by the college management from time to time.
